Mid-Semester Review

Students identified for the Mid-Semester Review process include all new first semester students (freshmen and transfer), Athlete students, Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) students, and all students on Academic Probation. To help these students achieve academic success, instructors are asked to provide mid-semester evaluations using indicator codes for students’ coursework. Indicator codes are: Satisfactory (S), Unsatisfactory (U), or progress not yet available (I). Mid-Semester progress reports received from faculty are transmitted to students and to students’ advisors. Students are encouraged to promptly follow up with their instructors and advisors where performance is less than satisfactory.
