Undergraduate students with junior or senior standing, acceptance into a major program, and a minimum GPA of 3.0 are eligible to take graduate courses for graduate credit with the permission of the academic department. Undergraduate students may take no more than two graduate courses (not to exceed a total of 8 credit hours during their undergraduate career). These courses may not be applied to the minimum of 120 credit hours required for the bachelor's degree; however, they may later be applied toward a UB postbaccalaureate degree program. This 8-credit-hour limit does not apply to students currently enrolled in an SED-registered combined degree program.
